As I am going abroad for a year, I am looking for someone to rent my 21m^2 room in our cosy 3-people shared apartment from April 2012 till March 2013.
It would be great to find a Spanish Erasmus student as a new flatmate as your future flatmates Jonas and Florentine have spent a few months in South America and they would love to improve their Spanish
The rent is 430€ per month (including all bills like electricity, water, gas, phone, internet).
Currently, we have a shared food budget . Everyone pays 100€ per month and this works very well.
The apartment is 89 m^2 in total and has 3 rooms.
Your future room get s a lot of light (2 windows to the south), has 21m^2, parquet floor and is fully furnished (wardrobes, bed, desk, shelves, beanbags).
We have a spacious, cosy kitchen with table, where we often have dinner together, play cards or just have a good talk.
Unfortunately, there is one „isolated“ room (NOT the rented room) which cannot be accessed from the corridor. But this is not a big deal because the room can be entered from both other rooms, so your room is not the only way to get there.
The apartment is in great location, very central and close to the subway station Max-Weber-Platz:
-Max-Weber-Platz (U-Bahn U4 and U5): ca. 5 minutes by foot
-Ostbahnhof (S-Bahn, Busse): ca. 8 minutes by foot
-Rosenheimer-Platz (S-Bahn): ca. 7 minutes by foot
-Tram-Station Wörthstraße (Lines 15, 25, 19) directly in front of the house
-Ca. 15 minutes (bike/U-Bahn) to LMU
-Ca. 10 minutes to Marienplatz (bike/S-Bahn)
-Penny supermarket directly opposite the house, other supermarkets in walking distance
-Fruit and vegetable shop in the same house, bakery directly opposite the house
Florentine and Jonas are two nice and friendly students and you can have a lot of fun with them.
Important to us is that you are not only looking for a sleeping place, but you also are interested in social activities like cooking and eating together, playing cards or just having a good talk.
